Having your wedding dress made is a very different experience to buying one from a regular bridal shop. It's a truly fantastic experience, allowing you the influence every step of the design process.
During the bespoke wedding dress process you will have complete control over every single element of your dress. You can add to and tweak the design as we go though the process, allowing you to see exactly how your dress will look and fit before the final fabric is cut. We will be there to help you, and inspire you throughout the entire process!
1. DESIGN CONSULTATION
Initial consultations allow you to meet with one of our design team to discuss your ideas. Bring in pictures of wedding dress styles that you like, fabric ideas and your thoughts on colour and we will do the rest! We will offer professional advice on fabrics, fit and style to best suit both your figure and personality.
At this stage we will be able to give you a section of design sketches based on our ideas, and also provide you with a quote for your bespoke gown.
2. TOILE
Will start to bring your ideas to life by creating a ‘mock up’ gown. This is your gown made up in a cotton calico material, allowing you to try your gown on and perfect the style and fit before we progress to make it in the final fabric.
3. FABRIC AND DETAILLING
We offer all our brides a fabric sampling service, so you can choose the exact fabrics that your wedding dress will be made from.
Browse our extensive range of luxury fabrics and laces in our boutique, or ask us to source specialist fabrics to create the perfectly luxurious gown for you! We will spend time discussing the best combinations of fabric for you. You can also choose all the bespoke elements of the dress, from beading, embellishment and finishing touches.
4. FINAL CONSTRUCTION
Once we have worked together to ensure the toile is a perfect fit, and you are happy with the fabrics chosen, our seamstresses will create your dream dress. With attention paid to every detail, you will feel like perfection in your very own bespoke bridal gown!
